Ways to Detox That Don't Involve Juice
There are so many ways to help your body and mind release what’s no longer serving it though. You don’t need to do a juice cleanse for 3 days while starving yourself of nutrients in order to give yourself a refresh or to forgo alcohol for only a month. Here are a few of my favorite ways to detox your body and mind.
Sleep Away Your Stress
There are many ways you can lower your stress levels and one of those is through sleep.
