I teach women how to gain resilience and build a growth mindset in a simple and manageable way. Through identifying and releasing negative beliefs while adding in holistic techniques, we will work on navigating challenges and embracing change. Not everyone is at the same place along their journeys so I meet you where you are and work with you to tailor an individualized plan.
One-on-One Coaching
We will work on unlocking your full potential by releasing negative beliefs and bouncing back from challenges. For a span of three months, we'll meet virtually for one hour, twice a month and have other check-ins as needed.

Take the stress out of eating and fuel your body to handle changes that come your way. This online course will teach you a step-by-step process to meal prep so you can free up your time.
Yoga for Golfers
Two passions of mine come together. If you’re a golfer and either looking to enhance your swing or just tired of being in pain, then this course is for you!
