Menu Creation and All Things Groceries

Here we’ll start with a step-by-step process for creating a weekly menu. By writing out your meal ideas you can determine if that’s what you really want to eat and see where you need more variety.

Then we’ll dive into a quick ingredient list needed to make it all AND then we’ll create a grocery list that is set up by your grocery store’s layout to free up even more time while you shop!

Depending on how many people are in your household, grocery shopping could be your only me-time away from home. What if you could spend less time in the store and more time by yourself reading, driving, listening to a podcast?
