Life can be hectic. Find some relaxation with a virtual Yin yoga practice from the comfort of your own home.
We’ll practice seated passive poses that work into our deeper connective tissue. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes allowing for longer lasting results. This is a great practice to improve flexibility, calm the mind, or to balance out a more active lifestyle.
