Always Cook for 10
I love leftovers. They make meal planning easy and are perfect in a time crunch. When cooking up food try to make double or triple what you normally would. Keep what you need for the week and freeze the rest in separate containers (depending on how much you made). So the next time you’ve got 10 sports games/practices, 4 late work nights, and life itself, leftovers from the freezer can save your sanity!
