In this program I’ll walk you through the following:

Current and ideal lifestyle options,
All things food: what works, what doesn't, and why,
The science behind exercise and what type(s) are ideal for you,
Eliminating restrictive beliefs, and
Crafting individualized routines, affirmations, exercise plans, and more.
We'll meet virtually for one hour a month and have weekly check-ins, across a span of three months.
All coaching meetings will occur over the phone or Zoom.
